Tour St. Jacque Unveiling BeginsWell, it is a beginning. I can't wait to see the Tour in its entirety. "They" say it will be about two more years of work before it will be completed. At least they are doing it the right way even if it takes a lot of time.

Oh, good to know. That tower has been playing hide and seek (well, hide, nostly) for ever now!
To open up your commenting section, you should be able to do that from the dashboard. Click on your active blog and then click on the "Settings" upper tab (upper left), then you will see more tabs below, you should see a "comments" tab (on my dashboard, it's the 4th tab from the left) and if you click on that you will see a drop down menu next to "who can comment." I turn mine on to say "anyone" to open up the commenting section to anyone. You don't have to, of course, but I think forcing people to register with blogger to leave a comment under a photograph is asking them lot of work. Good luck, hope that helps. :)
