I love to cook














I am constantly creating some kind of dish in the kitchen. Bad thing: It is usually a one time creation. It's fun that way but if the family asks to have the dish repeated, they are out of luck. Too bad!! I go on "kicks". Right now it is a quiche-type extravaganza. I made a corned beef and potato quiche topped with out-door grilled maple bacon. It was a winner!
