Place Vendome

There was a large group of these sculptures on the Place Vendome. I think they were temporarily there for an exhibit but I wasn't sure. They seemed of a light and frolicking nature. When we got back to Lexington, we saw a Catherine Deneuve movie called "Place Vendome". I loved the movie. It was a mystery of sorts. Posted by Picasa

Johnny,
just stopped by to say - thanks for visiting my blog and leaving a comment, I really appreciate that. I am pleased too that enjoyed your visit. I do try to find things that people find interesting, amusing or sometimes educational. It actually started off as a place to publish funny news items or jokes for colleagues in the office and it just sort of grew from there. Actually my Belfast photos were a result of finding Eric's PDP but I didn't feel there was enough for a BDP.
Not sure about the word 'tantrum' but won't argue the point - we have already discussed this at length - but will just say that it was something I felt strongly about. Yes, I agree, I could have moderated my language ... sorry.
I have also enjoyed my visit to your blog and keep up the good work too.
Cheers!

So you're rather vendomed out are you Johnny? Sounds like a lovely day, though. It is a great film...
