Rendez-vous de Qui

This is ancient history to Parisians, but to us it was an exciting event of French democracy at work. It was May 26, 2005 when we attended this rally at Place du Marais ou Blancs Manteaux.

I was really impressed by the speakers.

Not too far away from there we found a little (and I mean little) theatre that presented excellent shows. Paris is so full of exciting little spots to entertain you.  Posted by Picasa

The rally was to convice folks to vote "Yes" for entering the Europe Association. I don't know all about the political entailments of the issue. It was voted down.

Haxo,
That is the exact theatre. You are so clever. We didn't have a photo of it but we do now thanks to you. We saw 4 or 5 plays there. It was very tiny and lots of fun.

Lynn,
I was just commenting on that topic about being tied to France on PdP. We are still here in Kentucky until May when we go to Grenoble.
