This is the curtain at the Theatre du Chatelat. I've written the theatre several times but they choose to ignore me.
I don't know who designed it. It must have a history but it seems a mystery. Got any ideas? Email me at Jwp3937@Yahoo.com. if you know anything about it. Thanks in advance...Johnny

After Googling "Theatre du Chatelet curtain" my first (lucky) click led me to:

"Another public tender from the City Council in September 1989 commissioned painter Gérard Garouste to replace the old stage curtain, and Valerio Adami created a fresco for the foyer."
Voila.
